Welcome to Germany's most important badminton tournament!
Since 1955, the biggest badminton tournament in the German-speaking world has been held for the 23nd time in Mülheim.
The German Open is traditionally held directly before the most prestigious tournament in the world, the All England Open. Every year, the best players in the world come together in Mülheim an der Ruhr and play hot matches for the prize money!
In 2019, around 12,000 badminton fans were on site to watch the top stars live in a breathtaking atmosphere.
This year, it was once again time to experience the fastest sport in the world up close on site. The best from the badminton world was finally guests again at the German Open.
