All winners since 1955

The International German Badminton Championships for the first time took place in the year of 1955 in the city of Bonn. 71 years ago only two nations won titles: In men‘s singles and in men’s doubles players from Malaya (since 1963 Malaysia) were successful. In women’s singles and in women’s doubles players from Denmark won the final, and in mixed doubles Eddy Choong from Malaya took the first place together with Anneliese Hansen from Denmark.
