(03.03.2013, CP) Anders Kristiansen/Julie Houmann as well had match points, but the pair from Denmark was not able to use them. Shin Baek Choel/Jang Ye Na from Korea did and so Shin Baek Choel won for the second time in Mülheim after having been successful in 2009 in Men's Doubles. For Jang Ye Na it was the first title at YONEX German Open.

(03.03.2013, CP) The chinese No. 2 seed won for the second time in Mülheim after beeing successful in 2009. Local hero Juliane Schenk for the third time in her career was awarded with the silver medal.
