With the train to Mülheim HBF

Continuing with the streetcar: Walk through the shopping center Forum. At the main entrance to the left towards Kaiserstraße. From Kaiserplatz with streetcar 104 (towards Hauptfriedhof/main cemetery); leave the streetcar at the second station (Südstraße).
Continuing on foot: Walk through the shopping center Forum. At the main entrance to the left towards Kaiserstraße. About 15 minutes straight ahead the Kaiserstraße. The RWE-Sporthalle lies on the left side.

From Frankfurt/Köln (A3) or Mönchengladbach/Düsseldorf (A52):

Motorway A3/A52 up to motorway junction Breitscheid

Then leave the A3/A52 there

At first follow the signposting Ratingen-Breitscheid

Then follow the signposting Mülheim an der Ruhr

At the end of the gateway turn to your left (Kölner Straße (B1))

Follow the B1 about 8,5 km (Kölner Straße, Mendener Brücke, Untere Saarlandstr., Obere Saarlandstr.), follow the singposting B1 and Essen

After about 8,5 km turn to your left in the Werdener Weg (direction: MH-Zentrum)

After ca. 800 m the RWE-Sporthalle is on your right side

From Arnheim/Emmerich/Oberhausen (A3) or Venlo (A40):

Motorway A3/A40 up to motorway junction Kaiserberg

At first follow the signposting Duisburg-Kaiserberg (not A40 Mülheim)

Then follow the signposting Mülheim an der Ruhr (turn right on Carl-Benz-Straße)

At the end to the right (Ruhrorter Straße)

In the traffic circle straight on (second gateway) to Weseler Straße

After ca. 4 km turn to your right towards Düsseldorf/MH-Saarn

At the end of the gateway to the right (Bergstraße)

after ca. 600 metres at the town hall to the left (signposting MH-Stadtmitte, Flughafen Essen/Mülheim)

straight on in the Leineweberstr.

At the end of the Leineweberstraße to the right (towards Düsseldorf, Essen-Werden, Sportzentrum Süd)

After ca. 800 m the RWE-Sporthalle is on the left side

From Dortmund/Bochum/Essen (A40):

A40 up to gateway Mülheim Heißen

Leave the motorway there

At the end of the gateway straight ahead on B1

After ca. 2,7 km turn to your right in the Werdener Weg (signposting MH-Zentrum)

after ca. 800 m the RWE-Sporthalle is on the right side
